Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise platform teams.
• Experience managing cloud environments in Azure and AWS.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems and logistics/transportation tech.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, governance and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure and operations across Helpdesk, servers, networks, and storage.
• Drive cloud adoption and modernization across Azure and AWS.
• Partner with business teams to ensure scalable, secure platforms.
• Manage budgets, vendors, and governance with KPIs and SLAs.
• Lead a team of ~10 professionals and mentor them.
