Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in New York is seeking an Infrastructure Manager to own the systems behind our content platforms, including a dedicated AWS environment for petabyte-scale storage and high-performance shared storage for creative production.

You will automate administration, enforce security and SSO across third-party integrations, and collaborate with XCM teams to ensure scalable, reliable operations as the environment grows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of SRE, systems, DevOps, or security administration experience.
• Experience using AWS services.
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, CS, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience implementing repeatable automation and standardization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the AWS environment behind content platforms and evolve it as new workloads arrive.
• Design storage tiering and lifecycle policies across petabyte-scale content.
• Own high-performance shared storage, backup, and archive for production.
• Automate administration to scale the environment.
• Maintain identity, access, and security compliance including SSO.
• Establish operational standards for ownership, monitoring, and support.
• Build and secure infrastructure for new integrations, including credential storage.
• Represent content platform systems to other XCM teams and partners.
