Job summary

Shield Consulting Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior System Engineer with extensive experience to architect and maintain cloud environments primarily within AWS while also supporting on-premise servers. Candidates should have 20 years of engineering experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline. As the role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph, interested applicants must meet this criterion. This is a full-time position.

Job Description

• Architect, deploy, and maintain robust cloud environments, primarily within AWS, while also supporting existing on-premise server infrastructure

Required Experience

• Windows Server 2022, Windows 10/11, and various Linux distributions within both cloud and on-premise.
• SaltStack experience with integration and operational stability of CI/CD pipelines, AWS cloud resources, including EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, AMIs, Route 53, workspaces, and other core services
