Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking Infra Delivery Install Technicians to advance network infrastructure, moving and installing large equipment, and performing precise cabling across AWS data centers.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and troubleshoot complex scenarios while ensuring safety and operational excellence. This role supports 24/7 data center operations with travel to multiple locations, including Sterling, VA.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in data center, critical environment, hardware repair, cabling, network deployment, or similar technical roles
• 2+ years of network cabling, fiber optics, and test equipment experience
• Experience with network hardware: copper and optical fiber cabling, switches, routers

Responsibilities

• Moving and installing large enterprise equipment
• Installing fiber and copper cabling and patching between equipment
• Ensuring safety and security standards during cabling and rack installation
• Following established hardware installation procedures and break-fix activities
• Safely using material handling tools and equipment
• Traveling within and outside the regional work area is required
