Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking Infra Delivery Install Technicians to move and install large enterprise equipment across AWS data centers.

You will install fiber and copper cabling, follow safety standards, and perform break-fix activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to keep our network running smoothly. Travel to regional data centers is required, and candidates must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Computer Hardware Repair, Infrastructure Cabling, Network Deployment, or Data Center Operations experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Moving and implementing large enterprise equipment.
• Installing Fiber and Copper cabling and patching cabling between equipment.
• Ensuring proper safety and security standards are maintained during cabling and rack installation.
• Following well established hardware installation procedures and break-fix activities.
• Safely using material handling tools and equipment.
• Traveling within and outside of the regional work area is required.
