Job summary
ClearlyAgile is seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our Tampa Bay area team. You will work in a complex technical environment, translating business needs into actionable features and user stories.
Collaborate with product teams, developers, and QA to refine backlog, prioritize work, and ensure timely delivery. You should be comfortable reading architecture diagrams and guiding offshore or onshore teams, with a focus on building strong relationships.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of recent Product Owner experience plus 3+ years of hands‑on technical experience in a cloud environment
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies: AWS, Azure, GCP
- Able to read architecture diagrams and break down infrastructure work into user stories
- 3+ years working in an agile environment, strong agile mindset
- Self-starter with focus on PEOPLE and BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS
- Be committed to product, able to offer alternative solutions when appropriate
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product teams, BAs, testers to understand features
- Decompose epics into features and user stories for the development team
- Lead and facilitate product backlog refinement
- Support backlog prioritization, feature sequencing and UAT
- Build trust and rapport with technical and non-technical team members
- Communicate with stakeholders to align on priorities and outcomes
