Job summary

ClearlyAgile is seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our Tampa Bay team. You will collaborate with product teams, BAs, testers, and stakeholders to decompose epics into actionable features and user stories, while leading backlog refinement and prioritization.

The role requires strong agile experience, cloud/Kubernetes familiarity, and excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships across offshore and onshore teams, with a focus on delivering high quality solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Owner experience in a complex environment.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies; AWS or Azure certification preferred
• Familiar with containers, Kubernetes, GenAI and AI
• 3+ years in an agile environment with Scrum certification preferred
• Self-starter focused on PEOPLE and BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS
• Experience working with offshore teams
• Experience with Jira or similar tools
• Prior experience working as a business analyst
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product teams, BAs, testers to understand product features
• Decompose large epic stories into features and user stories understandable by the development team
• Lead and facilitate product backlog refinement
• Provide support to the Product Owner with backlog prioritization, feature sequencing and UAT
• Build trust and rapport with technical and non-technical team members
