Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in infrastructure engineering with 5+ years of experience.
• Deep knowledge across hardware, networking, storage, deployment, automation, resilience or performance.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities with strong validation and data sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to review AI recommendations and ensure resiliency, security, auditability.

Responsibilities

• Apply expertise to projects of moderate scope in design, development, and troubleshooting.
• Provide deep technical support across multiple cloud platforms for thousands of technologists.
• Build self-service tools, telemetry, and automation to empower teams.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to drive remediation and product improvements.
