Job summary

Epiq Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer for hybrid work in New York. You will design and operate cloud infrastructure, manage Kubernetes clusters in production, and own CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid, secure deployments across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of infrastructure/platform engineering or SRE experience.
• Production infrastructure experience with on-call responsibilities.
• Hands-on with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience with Terraform and reusable module design.
• Production Kubernetes experience including scaling and troubleshooting.
• Ownership of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
• Incident command experience in production environments.
• Secrets and certificate management at scale.
• Proficiency in Python or Go for tooling and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud infrastructure using Terraform with modular patterns.
• Operate Kubernetes in production with scaling, upgrades, and policy enforcement.
• Build and maintain CI/CD and release infrastructure for rapid deployment.
• Define platform SLAs and implement metrics, tracing, and alerting.
• Implement security/compliance infrastructure including data residency controls and audit trails.
