Job summary

Annapurna Labs, a division powering AWS silicon initiatives, seeks a Software Development Engineer to architect, build, and operate infrastructure that accelerates silicon development.

You will work across hardware, software, and operations to enable rapid iteration and reliable delivery of custom silicon The role focuses on cloud infrastructure, HPC, and EDA workflows, with on‑site collaboration in Austin.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non‑internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non‑internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling).
• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as C++, Java, Python, etc.

Responsibilities

• Partner with silicon design, verification, emulation, and software teams to understand workflows and iterations.
• Design, implement, and operate cloud infrastructure and HPC clusters; build toolchains and CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop monitoring and observability to surface insights on efficiency, utilization, and reliability.
