Job summary

Annapurna Labs, an Amazon team, is hiring a SoC Integration Lead to drive the integration of high-end networking chips within the Nitro program. You will own IP blocks, coordinate with Architecture, RTL Design, Physical Design, Verification, and Software teams, and deliver scalable silicon powering AWS instances worldwide.

You will influence device lifecycle from product definition to mass production, collaborate with a world-class team, and help shape the cloud's silicon foundation for 190+

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years hands-on experience in chip design.
• Strong micro-architecture and RTL design expertise (Verilog/SystemVerilog).
• Proficient in scripting languages: Python, Perl, Bash, or Tcl.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and leadership abilities.
• Proven ability to own and drive complex integration units end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of SoC integration, IP development and CDC/RDC.
• Drive chip-level design implementation with Architecture, RTL, DFT and Verification teams.
• Oversee creation of SoC-level IP blocks like fabrics and security modules.
• Lead RTL integration, including micro-architecture, coding, debugging and timing.
• Address functional and physical design challenges across the flow.
• Contribute to design flows and automated solutions for efficient SoC development.
• Support Verification and Emulation through test plans and coverage reviews.
• Ensure quality and reliability from design to production and stakeholders.
