• Experience with financial modeling and using spreadsheets, SQL, or BI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Influence executive-level decisions on account team priorities, field activation, growth opportunities, and productivity.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, communicating and solving complex business challenges and aligning priorities.
• Design and execute change-management strategies for the field.
• Collaborate with People Operations, Learning and Enablement to define hiring criteria and performance milestones.
• Organize the design and implementation of business cadence to deliver effective operations and milestones.
