Job summary

AVANGRID Service Company in Orange, CT is seeking a Lead Engineer, Cloud & Gen AI to design and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure, working with data scientists to deploy AI models.

You will ensure security, reliability, and performance of cloud AI systems, using Terraform for IaC, and provide technical leadership to the team. Onsite role with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, IT or related field with 10+ years’ experience.
• Experience designing large-scale, complex network solutions.
• 3+ years of AI experience and cloud implementations on AWS/Azure.
• Proficiency in Python, Java or .NET and ML/AI models.
• Terraform IaC expertise; containerization and orchestration skills.

Responsibilities
