Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• 1-2 years of professional software development experience, including internship or co-op if applicable.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web app development.
• Experience with React, including components, hooks, state management, and REST API integration.
• Experience with Varicent ICM platform configurations, data flows, integrations, and functionality.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and S3.
• Experience with Git/GitHub, including PRs and collaboration.
• Understanding of debugging, unit testing, error handling, and secure coding.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance web app features across frontend and backend under senior guidance.
• Build responsive frontend components using React, TypeScript, and Vite.
• Develop and enhance backend services and REST APIs using AWS technologies.
• Support functionality and data flows involving Varicent ICM integration.
• Write clean, secure, and well-tested code following engineering standards.
• Develop unit tests and participate in testing activities.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform root-cause analysis with the team.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile activities.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, product owners, and other partners.
• Follow GitHub workflows and CI/CD processes.
• Work with AWS and containers like EC2, ECR, Docker as needed.
