You will collaborate with enterprise architects to refine methodologies, evaluate cloud services, and guide strategic technical roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in application development with 3+ years of architecture experience, including high-volume transactional environments.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies (.NET, .NET Core), web application platforms, and major relational databases like SQL Server, Oracle, or DB2.
• Leadership: lead technical teams, mentor developers, and influence other technical leaders.
• Vision: build multi-year technical roadmaps in collaboration with organizational leaders.
• Strong communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bonus: knowledge of the property and casualty insurance industry.

• Advance Technology: Identify modernization opportunities and optimize lifecycle management.
• Support Agile Teams: Serve as an architecture leader for SAFe.
