Peek IT Services in Dallas, TX is seeking a senior Cloud FinOps leader to oversee cost management across an Azure-led multi-cloud environment. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, allocation and executive reporting with hands-on work in Azure Cost Management, Apptio Cloudability and GCP billing.

You will collaborate with engineering, finance and leadership to translate technical and financial data into actionable recommendations and governance.

Competenze

• 10+ years IT experience with 7+ years in Cloud FinOps or cloud financial management.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure Cost Management and Billing, including cost analysis, budgets, exports, Reservations, Savings Plans, Azure Hybrid Benefit and Azure Advisor.
• Hands-on with Apptio Cloudability for cost allocation, reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Working knowledge of GCP Cloud Billing, budgets and resource optimization.
• Strong knowledge of the FinOps Framework, showback/chargeback and unit economics.
• Advanced analytics with Power BI, Excel, SQL and APIs.

• Lead Azure and GCP cloud cost analysis, optimization, budgeting, forecasting and governance.
• Manage Azure Reservations, Savings Plans, Azure Hybrid Benefit, budgets and cost exports.
• Support GCP budgeting, labels, reporting and optimization.
• Develop showback/chargeback models, allocation rules and dashboards for executives.
• Identify idle or oversized resources and quantify savings.
• Partner with engineering, finance, procurement and business teams to drive cost accountability.
• Provide cost models, TCO, ROI and scenario analysis for migration and modernization.
