Job summary

e360 is seeking a Cloud FinOps & Accounts Receivable Analyst to manage end-to-end financial operations for Microsoft NCE cloud services. You will handle AR, cash application, collections, and cost auditing, acting as a liaison between technical and finance teams.

The role requires 3+ years in AR, FinOps, or cloud billing, a Bachelor's degree, and strong Excel skills. This hybrid position requires in-office presence in Irvine or Brentwood 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, cash application, or FinOps.
• Experience with cloud billing and ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day cloud billing and invoicing across NCE platforms.
• Assist month-end close, accruals, forecasting, and reconciliation.
• Develop and maintain standardized cloud financial workflows.
• Oversee portfolio of customer accounts, monitor open balances, and aging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
