Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Cloud and Hosting Services Analyst to help collect and analyze data to provide cloud financial insights for the Infrastructure and Operations organization. You will produce insightful reports for multi-cloud platforms, partner with global teams, and support FinOps with KPI goals and data modeling.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years in IT, strong Excel, and experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and automation.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS, MIS, or data analytics is required.
• 5+ years IT experience in analytics, project management, or IT finance.
• Strong Excel and cloud cost management experience.
• Experience with multi-cloud platforms and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Produce reports for multi-cloud platforms for management.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams and drive insights.
• Support FinOps with KPIs, data retrieval and modeling.
• Map data flows with Cloud Governance for a single data source.
• Analyze and forecast cloud hosting costs and provide optimization recommendations.
• Create month- and quarter-end reports and contribute to automation efforts.
