Job summary

CentralSquare Technologies is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst focused on cloud cost optimization. You will drive AWS cost savings initiatives, partner with Cloud and Development teams, and maintain margin reporting across SaaS products.

The role requires hands-on data analysis, strong accounting/finance foundation, and experience with AWS cost tooling to translate cost drivers into actionable savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage AWS cloud cost savings tracker and monitor progress against budgets.
• Analyze AWS CUR and billing data to identify optimization opportunities.
• Build and maintain cloud margin reporting by product line with finance and engineering.
• Partner with development teams to embed cost awareness in engineering decisions.
• Evaluate AWS reservation and savings plans; monitor usage and coverage.
• Design dashboards to surface cost trends, savings, and margins for stakeholders.
• Respond to ad-hoc requests for cost analysis and create reusable models.
