Job summary

Google is seeking a Workforce Planning (WFP) Lead for Google Cloud Finance in the U.S. You will architect and oversee headcount and payroll planning, supporting approximately $21B in projected cost and a workforce of over 46,000.

You will partner with Cloud leadership and Strategy teams on resource allocation and strategic workforce decisions. You will drive the operational cadence of headcount planning and replanning, ensuring alignment across People Operations, Strategy & Operations, and

Qualifications

7+ years in FP&A, consulting, or related field or advanced degree.
Experience executing full-cycle FP&A including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling in a multinational company.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary FP&A partner to Cloud executive leadership and translate priorities into capacity models.
Coordinate across Finance and external partners to align headcount and payroll planning and forecasting.
Lead productivity analysis and AI-driven modeling to optimize global talent distribution.
Translate growth strategies into measurable workforce scorecards and ROI metrics.
Establish a single enterprise data source for accurate, actionable workforce guidance.
