Job summary

Google is seeking a Share Workforce Planning Lead for Google Cloud Finance to architect the future of global talent planning. You will oversee Headcount and Payroll planning for approximately $21B in cost and 46k+ employees, partnering with Cloud leadership and Strategy teams on resource allocation.

You will drive headcount planning cadence, replanning, and cross‑functional alignment with People Operations, Strategy & Operations, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in FP&A, consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
• Experience executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary WFP business partner and advisor to Cloud executive leadership, translating investment priorities into capacity models.
• Act as the central coordination hub bridging internal Finance teams with external business partners.
• Lead productivity analysis and AI-driven modeling across GTM and Engineering to optimize global talent distribution.
• Provide thought leadership to translate Cloud growth strategies into measurable workforce scorecards.
• Establish a single source of truth at enterprise scale for workforce data.
