Job summary

Lantronix in Plymouth, MN seeks a strategic Information Systems Manager to lead our migration from IFS Apps 10 on-prem to a unified cloud ERP, while integrating data from acquisitions. You will oversee our Data Warehouse and BI platforms to deliver real-time analytics to leadership and pass SOX audits.

You will manage a lean team and external partners, minimize custom code, and govern ITGCs/SoD, with strong collaboration across global operations and finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting Information Systems, or related field.
• ≥5 years IT/IS management experience.
• Experience leading ERP migration to SaaS platforms.
• Experience with Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT, BI tools (Power BI, Snowflake, Tableau).
• Experience with M&A integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead global cloud ERP implementation and migration.
• Govern the architecture linking supply chain movements with IFS.
• Maximize native SaaS functionalities; minimize custom code.
• Manage third-party system integrators and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
