You’ll drive infrastructure as code, private connectivity, and cost governance in a hybrid Milwaukee-based environment. The role emphasizes leadership, production readiness, and collaboration with security, analytics, and enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of infrastructure/platform/cloud engineering, including Azure design and production ops.
• 5+ years leading technical delivery and mentoring engineers.
• 5+ years building infrastructure as code with Terraform and automated pipelines.
• Experience with Azure/AWS foundation engineering, identity integration, networking, and governance.
• Ability to manage staffing, collaborate with security, architecture, and workload teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud architecture and Azure foundation build, including landing zones.
• Execute analytics infrastructure and integration with Fabric and private connectivity.
• Develop reusable IaC modules and deployment pipelines; enforce versioning and security.
• Plan and execute phased data center migration to cloud platforms.
• Hands-on engineering, code review, and ensuring production readiness.
• Mentor engineers and build a high-performing cloud engineering team.
• Implement security, governance, and cost controls across platforms.
