Werner Enterprises, Inc. offers a 11-week summer internship program at our Corporate Headquarters in Omaha, Nebraska, with some remote/off-site opportunities possible.

The program includes paid training, mentorship, and exposure to a modern tech stack and Agile practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, gain hands-on experience with Azure, GCP, Windows and Linux servers, GitHub, and Ansible, and participate in Scrum ceremonies.

Competenze

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related discipline preferred.
• Some experience in Windows and/or Linux (academic or personal projects).
• Familiarity with any part of our tech stack is a plus.
• Passion for learning and solving real-world problems.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance product priorities and technical initiatives.
• Gain hands-on experience with our modern tech stack: Azure, GCP, Windows Servers, Linux Servers, GitHub, and Ansible.
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies including: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, product demos, and PI planning.
• Learn how to manage the infrastructure that supports the enterprise applications within Werner.
