Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Azure & Google Cloud Engineer (Contractor) to support cloud infrastructure, modernization, data integration, and platform operations across Azure and GCP.

You will design and implement scalable cloud-native solutions, manage IaC and CI/CD pipelines, and ensure security and compliance across enterprise standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with C#, .Net, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery.
• Azure Cloud Data Engineer and Google Cloud Data Engineer expertise.
• Experience with BigQuery and data integration/ETL/BI.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure services and GCP components.
• Experience with Terraform, ARM/Bicep, and CI/CD tooling.
• Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python) and cloud security best practices.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Azure & Google Cloud Engineer (Contractor) to support cloud infrastructure, application modernization, data integration, and platform operations across Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, implementing, securing, and maintaining cloud-native solutions while ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance with enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support cloud solutions in Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Build and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or ARM/Bicep.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms.
• Configure and support cloud networking, security, identity management, and access controls.
• Monitor cloud environments, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance and costs.
• Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies.
• Support cloud migration initiatives from on-premises environments to Azure and GCP.
• Work closely with application development, data engineering, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security, governance, and operational standards.
• Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.

• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Microsoft Azure (App Services, Storage Accounts, Azure SQL, Functions, Key Vault, Networking)
  • Google Cloud Platform (Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, GKE, IAM)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM Templates, Bicep).
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Strong understanding of networking, DNS, firewalls, VPNs, identity and access management.
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Azure Certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-400).
