Job summary

A.M.T.A.E. Solutions, LLC is seeking a Cloud Programmer in Albany, NY for a hybrid role with 50% onsite and 50% remote work.

The position focuses on building and maintaining chatbot and virtual agent solutions on Google Cloud Platform, using Dialogflow and Generative AI techniques. You will work with stakeholders and engineers to design RAG strategies, write clean code, review deployments, and advance CI/CD practices with Terraform.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years related experience.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Minimum 2 years of experience developing chatbots or conversational AI solutions using Google Dialogflow or similar technologies.
• Experience building Generative AI applications and AI agents.
• Strong understanding of Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts and implementations.
• Experience with prompt engineering and prompt optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in Python application development.
• Experience using source control systems such as Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
• Experience developing and maintaining infrastructure‑as‑code solutions using Terraform.
• Ability to write and maintain clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and customers.
