Qualifications

• 3+ years of Observability experience
• MI market awareness or curiosity
• Experience translating Grafana complexity for a non-technical audience
• 3+ years building expertise within the technology space
• Comfort owning a number that moves with you
• Clear, tidy documentation of ideas
• Detail-oriented approach with accuracy

Responsibilities

• Refactor the technology module as requested
• Prototype proof-of-concept solutions for emerging tech
• Backfill CKA test coverage on risky code areas
• Decode undocumented Azure DevOps service
• Contribute to sprint planning and roadmap discussions
• Pair problem solving and Grafana in scalable pipelines
• Ship cost optimization fixes for Grand Rapids, MI customers
• Slice monolith into deployable Nginx services
