Qualifications

• Пять и более лет практического опыта в облачной инженерии, DevOps или инфраструктуре на крупных системах.
• Опыт работы в высокодоступной мультиоблачной среде; знание AWS/Azure/GCP не менее двух платформ.
• Понимание DevOps, Platform Engineering и GitOps принципов.
• Опыт работы с управляемым оркестрацией Kubernetes.
• Опыт в регламентированных индустриях (FinTech/банковская сфера) по требованиям безопасности, аудита иGovernance.
• Скрипты или языки программирования: Python, Bash или аналогичные.
• Опыт инфраструктуры как код через Terraform; CI/CD через GitLab CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Проектирование, внедрение и обслуживание крупной мультиоблачной и гибридной инфраструктуры.
• Развёртывание и эксплуатация контейнеризованных рабочих нагрузок на Kubernetes (AKS/EKS/GKE).
• Инфраструктура как код с Terraform; настройка CI/CD и GitOps (GitLab CI/CD).
• Обеспечение сервисов DNS, хранения объектов и доставки контента.
• Метрики, дашборды и алерты для видимости работы инфраструктуры.
• IAM, RBAC, least-privilege по всем окружениям; безопасность и аудит.
• Cloud Governance, Landing Zone и Policy-as-Code; поддержку FinOps для оптимизации расходов.
• Совместная работа с командами Security, SRE и Platform; устранение проблем сети и связи.

Задачи

• Design, implement, and maintain large-scale, highly available multi-cloud and hybrid infrastructure
• Deploy and operate containerized workloads using managed Kubernetes services such as AKS, EKS, and GKE
• Build, maintain, and improve Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI/CD and GitOps principles
• Implement and manage cloud services for content delivery, DNS, and object storage
• Set up metrics, dashboards, and alerts to provide operational visibility across cloud infrastructure
• Implement and manage IAM policies, RBAC, and least-privilege access across cloud environments
• Define and enforce Cloud Governance, Landing Zone structures, and Policy-as-Code standards
• Manage hybrid network connectivity and troubleshoot networking issues across cloud and on-premises environments
• Collaborate with Security, SRE, and Platform teams on cloud practices for observability, compliance, and operational reliability
• Support FinOps initiatives to optimize cloud environments for cost efficiency, scalability, and performance

Требования

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure in large-scale environments
• Practical experience with highly available multi-cloud environments and hands-on knowledge of at least two of AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Strong understanding of DevOps, Platform Engineering, and GitOps principles
• Hands-on experience with managed Kubernetes orchestration
• Experience in regulated industries, such as FinTech or banking, with compliance, security, auditability, and governance requirements
• Strong scripting or programming skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining infrastructure using Terraform
• Strong experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitLab CI/CD
• Practical experience configuring metrics, dashboards, and alerts using Grafana and Prometheus
• Hands-on experience with IAM, RBAC models, and least-privilege security
• Solid understanding of hybrid networking, including BGP, VPN, Direct Connect or ExpressRoute, hybrid DNS resolution, and network troubleshooting
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of technical delivery, and support production-grade environments
