For this opportunity, we will be supporting a DoD entity responsible for providing customer care for the DoD and the various branches of service. Modernize and migrate current contact center environment to Amazon Connect in GovCloud. Amazon Connect is a robust Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) capability and is one of the very few operating at DISA impact level 4 certification.

This position requires an active DoD Secret clearance or higher and DoD IATT Level 2 certification. The DoD IATT Level 2 certification is most commonly satisfied with CompTIA Security+.

This role is fully remote, but we can only employ in the following states: DC, MD, VA, NE, PA, NJ, MO, GA, CO, WY, FL.

Requirements

1. Active Secret clearance
2. At least 5 years of relevant experience
3. Experience with configuration of Amazon Connect
4. Expertise in Amazon Lex & Conversational AI with hands-on chatbot development experience, NLP, ML models, and Lex v2 fine-tuning
5. Strong background in AI/ML, including LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and AWS AI/ML services such as Polly, Comprehend, Transcribe

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience supporting Federal or DoD clients
2. Experience developing applications in FedRAMP Moderate, FedRAMP High, or DISA IL 4 environments
3. Amazon Solutions Architect or Developer certifications
4. 5-7 years creating voice/chat bots, conversational IVR contact flows, and integrating voice/chat self-service with third-party systems
5. Designing enterprise cloud chatbot solutions using AWS Lex v1 or v2
6. Knowledge of DoD RMF/DISA Impact Level 4 security standards
7. Experience with open-source web services (Java, REST, SOAP)
8. Proficiency in scripting with Python, Bash, or Boto3
9. Experience with AWS services such as S3, DynamoDB, Connect, Lex, Lambda, CloudWatch
