Job summary

• Experience with a scripting language (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Exposure to configuration management or IaC systems (Puppet, Terraform, Ansible).
• Solid server administration skills (Windows or Linux).
• Knowledge of cloud networking concepts (VPC/VNet design, routing, load balancing, DNS, secure connectivity).
• Experience supporting databases in the cloud (SQL Server, managed DB services, backup/restore, high availability).
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

In this role, you will design, build, and operate scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure alongside a team of highly skilled professionals. Essential Functions / Responsibilities

• Support development, test and production environments including after-hours support, release management, and monitoring server usage and uptime.
• Monitor system performance, availability, cost, and reliability; proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Design, implement, maintain, and support cloud-based infrastructure in both Azure and AWS.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and scripting tools.
• Migrate customer data from retiring colocation data center infrastructure to cloud environments.
• Support IT compliance and security requirements, including auditing, logging, access controls, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in on‑call and after‑hours support rotations as required to ensure high availability and uptime.
• Perform all responsibilities in adherence to change management policies and procedures.
