Job description
Design, deploy, and maintain hybrid cloud infrastructure encompassing compute, storage, and global data center operations.
Assess existing systems and provide recommendations for scalability, performance, and security improvements.
Develop and refine policies and procedures to ensure high availability and operational excellence across all offices.
Lead integration of cloud services into current and future infrastructure architectures.
Apply best practices to maintain stability, reliability, and resilience post-implementation.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, including change management, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
Collaborate with Information Security and Compliance teams to meet ISO 27001 and other audit requirements.
Work closely with infrastructure, networking, security, and applications teams to define and execute a global technology roadmap.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including architecture diagrams, procedures, and configurations.
Oversee the rollout of new infrastructure services and enhancements to existing environments.
Stay current with emerging technologies and maintain relationships with vendors to evolve the firm’s infrastructure.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience designing and implementing enterprise IT infrastructure (compute, storage, data centers).
Experience supporting large, global, multi-office environments across multiple time zones.
Proven expertise in hybrid cloud environments, including systems, networking, security, and software engineering.
Experience in legal or professional services environments is a plus.
Technical Expertise:
Infrastructure as Code & Automation: Bicep and/or Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell or similar scripting.
