Sesheng Company is seeking a skilled and motivated Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in Tysons Corner, Virginia. In this role, you will be instrumental in modernizing our technology infrastructure by migrating on-premise systems to cloud environments and ensuring the reliability and scalability of our platforms. You will work on behalf of our client, contributing to critical projects and leveraging your expertise in cloud technologies, infrastructure engineering, and related middleware.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure solutions, primarily focusing on migrating existing on-premise infrastructure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Engineer and maintain robust and scalable systems using SWIFT technologies and infrastructure.
• Administer and optimize Linux and Unix-based operating systems.
• Work with various middleware and messaging products, including IBM MQ and AWS services like SQS/SNS.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools using Python.
• Participate in agile development methodologies and contribute to iterative software delivery.
• Utilize collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Confluence for documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate effectively with development teams and other stakeholders.

Minimum Required Experiences:

• 2 years of relevant professional experience.

Desired Experiences:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in engineering SWIFT technologies and infrastructure.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in engineering Linux and Unix systems.
• Proven skills in cloud technologies and cloud computing, with specific experience in migrating on-premise infrastructure to a cloud environment.
• Experience with other middleware and messaging products such as IBM MQ, SQS, and SNS.
• Proficiency in Python scripting.
• Exposure to working within an agile framework.
• Experience using collaboration platforms like SharePoint and Confluence.
