Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $30.00/hr

Type: 6+ months contract with possible extension

Responsibilities:

Leads development efforts to design, develop and implement target state cloud-based technologies across the enterprise. Work with the stakeholders and other enterprise developers to formulate plans and solutions that support the enterprise goals, implement efficient end-to-end processes and leverage use of existing IT assets. Align strategic goals and objectives with key business and IT initiatives. Work to develop an integrated view of the enterprise using a repeatable approach, cohesive framework, industry standard techniques and best practices.

Experience:

• 1-2 years of related experience in their specific area and

Skills:

1. Proficiency with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) using agile methodologies.

2. Solid knowledge of the programming language(s), application server, compute, database server and/or architecture of the system being developed.

3. Knowledge of AWS Cloud development and associated service.

4. Solid understanding of current programming languages and employs any/all of these languages to solve the business needs of clients's internal customers.

5. Knowledge of one or more of the following languages/services: Python, SQL, Glue ETL, ECS, EMR, Lambda, Redshift, DMS, SQS/SNS, PostGres RDS, S3, Oracle and Java.

6. Knowledge of Test Automation tools and best practices.

Education:

1. Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
