Job summary

Amoha Recruitment Services is building a talent network for Cloud Engineers to support upcoming client engagements across various industries. We seek early-career professionals who will help design, deploy, and optimize scalable cloud infrastructure and modern application environments.

Ideal candidates have 0–3 years of cloud, DevOps, or systems administration experience and are comfortable working with AWS, Azure, or GCP, plus IaC, scripting, and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Cloud Computing, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Monitor cloud environments for performance, availability, security, and reliability
• Support the implementation and management of cloud-based applications and services
• Create and maintain cloud infrastructure using IaC tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
• Work with development and DevOps teams to automate deployment and infrastructure processes
• Configure and manage cloud services including compute, storage, networking, databases, and IAM
• Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, application, and connectivity issues
• Implement monitoring, logging, backup, and disaster recovery solutions
• Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows
• Follow cloud security, compliance, and cost-optimization best practices
• Document cloud architecture, configurations, procedures, and operational processes

Compensation: $75,000 – $110,000/year (based on experience, location, cloud platform, and technical skills)

What You'll Do (Typical Responsibilities Across Client Engagements)

• Deploy, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Monitor cloud environments for performance, availability, security, and reliability
• Support the implementation and management of cloud-based applications and services
• Create and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
• Work with development and DevOps teams to automate deployment and infrastructure processes
• Configure and manage cloud services including compute, storage, networking, databases, and identity/access management
• Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, application, and connectivity issues
• Implement monitoring, logging, backup, and disaster recovery solutions
• Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows
• Follow cloud security, compliance, and cost-optimization best practices
• Document cloud architecture, configurations, procedures, and operational processes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Cloud Computing, or a related field
• 0–3 years of experience in cloud engineering, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, systems administration, or a related field
• Hands-on knowledge of at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Understanding of cloud computing concepts, networking, storage, compute, and security
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix or Windows server environments
• Basic scripting/programming skills using Python, Bash, PowerShell, or a similar language
• Understanding of Git and version-control concepts
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Azure services such as Virtual Machines, Storage, Azure Functions, Azure Monitor, and Azure Active Directory/Entra ID

• Terraform, CloudFormation, or other Infrastructure as Code tools
• Docker and Kubernetes

• Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud certifications
