Job summary

Invictus International Consulting, LLC. is seeking a Cloud Engineer to assess, design, and implement cloud-based solutions for government missions at Fort Meade. The role requires expertise in multiple cloud platforms and strong security knowledge to align with federal standards.

The position demands a current TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly, excellent communication, and collaboration skills to work with security operations and partner agencies. On-site work in Fort Meade, MD is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in cloud architecture, engineering, or administration.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong understanding of federal government security requirements, including FISMA and FedRAMP.
• Current active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph required.
• Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect.

Responsibilities

• Assess the existing cloud infrastructure and recommend improvements to align with federal government standards and best practices
• Design, develop, and implement cloud-based solutions
• Develop and maintain cloud architecture documentation, including diagrams, operation procedures, and security guidelines
• Collaborate with the security operations team to ensure compliance with federal government security requirements
• Conduct regular cloud infrastructure audits to identify and address potential security risks and vulnerabilities
• Optimize cloud service utilization to minimize costs and maximize efficiency
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for cloud-based services
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training to personnel as needed
• Coordinate with other federa; agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless integration of cloud services and technologies

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of federal government security requirements, including FISMA and FedRAMP

• Relevant certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect
• Current active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph required
