Job summary

Park National Corporation is seeking an experienced Endpoint Management Specialist to design, implement, and optimize end-user computing across Intune, Azure, and VDI platforms. You will develop automation, monitor security and compliance, and lead OS upgrades and device lifecycle initiatives.

You will configure policies with Intune, Group Policy, and MECM/SCCM, maintain technical documentation, and provide Tier 3 support while collaborating with vendors and partners.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate's degree in information technology related field or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate or able to obtain within 6 months of employment.
  • Microsoft Certified Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals or Administrator.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Windows, Azure, AD and M365 services (Exchange, Purview, Teams).
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows admin, AD, Group Policy design and troubleshooting.
  • Experience deploying software via enterprise management tools and repackaging installers.
  • Deep expertise in VDI (AVD, Windows 365, Citrix) with scalable, secure deployments.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation across Windows and cloud.
  • Hands-on experience with Intune policy creation, onboarding, and lifecycle management.
  • Experience leading or supporting Intune migrations and post-migration optimization.
  • Experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Python for automation.
  • Understanding zero-touch deployment and automated remediation.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design, implement, and optimize endpoint computing solutions, including Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, Azure, and VDI/DaaS platforms, to deliver secure, scalable, and user‑centric digital workplace services.
  • Develop and maintain automation solutions, including self‑healing and automated remediation capabilities, to improve endpoint health, compliance, security, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor endpoint performance, availability, security, and compliance through established monitoring and alerting tools, and take appropriate action to resolve identified issues.
  • Lead and contribute to cross‑functional technology initiatives, including device lifecycle management, operating system upgrades, endpoint modernization, and digital workplace transformation efforts.
  • Research, test, implement, and document endpoint technologies and best practices to support continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Configure, maintain, and support endpoint management policies and standards through tools such as Intune, Group Policy, and MECM/SCCM to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles to support operational consistency and effective support of endpoint services.
  • Oversee assigned vulnerability and threat management tasks, addressing risks through automation and standardization.
  • Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex endpoint issues and collaborate with support teams, vendors, and business partners to facilitate timely resolution.
  • Contribute to team knowledge sharing through documentation, process improvement recommendations, and participation in training and knowledge‑transfer activities.
  • Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks

EDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Advanced knowledge of Windows operating system administration and support, Microsoft Office and M365 environments, Active Directory architecture and best practices, and Group Policy design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with the deployment of software through an enterprise management tool, including the repackaging of software installers and drivers.
  • Deep expertise in Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) technologies, including architecture, deployment, optimization, and troubleshooting of solutions such as Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows 365, and Citrix. Ability to design and implement scalable, secure, and high‑performance VDI environments.
  • proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation, configuration management, and troubleshooting across Windows and cloud environments.
  • Demonstrated hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune, including policy creation, device onboarding, and lifecycle management.
  • Proven track record of leading or supporting Intune migrations (from legacy systems or other MDM platforms), including planning, execution, and post‑migration optimization.
  • Experience with automation and scripting tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Python (in addition to PowerShell).
  • Deep understanding of modern endpoint management concepts, including zero‑touch deployment, self‑service enablement, and automated remediation.
SCHEDULE

Typical office hours are M-F 8a-5p. This position is exempt and full‑time. A minimum 40 hours is required per week. Position may require evening and weekend work to oversee implementations and problem resolutions.

Work from office locations in Newark, OH, Orlando, or Miramar, FL for candidates local to the area with the option for fully remote based on incumbent's home location.
