Amazon Web Services, Inc. is hiring a Benchmarking Program Manager for the Cloud Economics Scale team to own end-to-end benchmarking studies that quantify KPI-driven cloud value for customers.

You will manage external vendors and shape how value is measured and communicated across internal and external audiences. You will partner with cross-functional teams to design studies, develop scalable plans, and track impact metrics.

Competenze

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, lookups) at an advanced level.

Mansioni

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design studies and communicate the market realities of running IT applications and infrastructure in the cloud versus a traditional data center.
• Develop and conduct new benchmarking studies that help customers understand the financial and operational benefits of the cloud.
• Own the entire benchmarking study process and the external vendor relationship, including creating RFPs and evaluating, selecting, and managing vendors.
• Develop and execute go-to-market and scaling mechanisms that put new studies in front of the field and customers.
• Design and manage program impact-tracking metrics for management reporting.
