Job summary

The Cloud DevSecOps Engineer at Stryker Group will own the monitoring stack across AWS and GCP, drive performance and cost optimization, and ensure SOC 2 compliance through policy-as-code and automated guardrails.

You will partner with engineering, product, and compliance teams to surface actionable insights, implement secure golden pipelines, and contribute to incident response and on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years in cloud operations, SRE, or DevOps.
• Hands-on with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Scripting in Python/PowerShell/Bash.

Responsibilities

• Own the monitoring stack for multi-cloud platforms.
• Automate incident response and on-call processes.
• Drive performance and cost optimization.
• Implement guardrails and policy-as-code for security.
• Design and maintain observability stacks across tools.
