Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Cloud DevSecOps Engineer to own the monitoring stack, automate incident response, and optimize multi-cloud workloads across production AWS/GCP platforms. You will partner with engineering, product, and compliance to surface actionable insights and ensure SOC 2 controls are met.

Responsibilities include secure landing zones, IAM and secrets management, and IaC with Terraform/CloudFormation/Pulumi. Strong scripting and monitoring experience are required for this role.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
4+ years in cloud operations, SRE, or DevOps.
Hands-on with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Scripting in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar.
Experience deploying/maintaining monitoring platforms.

Responsibilities

Own the monitoring stack and incident response automation.
Drive performance and cost optimization for multi-cloud workloads.
Implement security guardrails and policy-as-code.
Design landing zones and IAM/service accounts.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and IaC modules.
Document evidence for audits and conduct on-call rotations.
