Job summary

HuLoop Automation is seeking a Dev/Cloud Operations Engineer to build, deploy, operate, and secure its cloud and hybrid environments across US and India. The role includes 24/7 on-call coverage, incident response, and collaboration with Engineering, QA, Security, and Product Management to improve reliability, observability, and cost efficiency.

Your work will involve Azure, Cloudflare, DNS, CI/CD, IaC, and containerized workloads with Docker, plus ongoing automation and self-service tooling to

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Operations, or Site Reliability roles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure environments (resources, networking, security, monitoring).
• Experience with Cloudflare DNS, edge proxying, and WAF configuration.
• Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub/GitHub Actions).
• IaC and GitOps tooling experience (Terraform, Ansible).
• Strong Linux (Ubuntu, RHEL) and Windows Server administration.
• Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines across development, QA, staging, production.
• Automate deployment, configuration, and infrastructure provisioning.
• Manage Azure cloud infrastructure and hybrid/customer-hosted deployments.
• Oversee DNS, Cloudflare, SSL/TLS, and edge security configurations.
• Monitor environment health, backups, patching, and service continuity.
• Support on-call incident response and post-incident reviews.
• Collaborate with engineering to troubleshoot connectivity and performance.
• Develop runbooks and improve observability and cost visibility.
