Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a CI/CD environment.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• 3+ years of experience maintaining highly available systems.
• 3+ years with scripting languages (Python, Powershell, Bash).
• Experience supporting .NET applications in cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor, and validate performance of Tyler's hosted applications.
• Troubleshoot issues with the environment.
• Participate in on-call rotation for production support.
• Plan for capacity and growth of the environment.
• Ensure backup and disaster recovery capabilities.
