Job summary

Matoffo is seeking a skilled Middle DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will maintain and enhance cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability, reliability, and security of systems. Expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines will drive our deployment efforts.

In this role you will manage AWS resources, deploy Kubernetes clusters, design CI/CD workflows with GitHub Actions and GitLab Pipelines, and collaborate with clients to optimize workflows and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role, with AWS
• Proficiency in building and managing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, or similar)
• In-depth knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
• Familiarity with IaC tools (Terraform or CloudFormation)
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills
• English level – Upper intermediate+ for client communication

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Management: Manage AWS cloud infrastructure for scalability and performance.
• Kubernetes Deployment: Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters.
• CI/CD Implementation: Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab Pipelines).
• Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Implement monitoring and logging solutions and troubleshoot issues.
• Security Compliance: Ensure security best practices and compliance.
• Collaboration: Work with clients to optimize workflows and delivery processes
