Job summary

Matoffo LLC is seeking a Middle DevOps Engineer to maintain and enhance cloud infrastructure, focusing on AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. You will design scalable systems and collaborate with clients to improve deployment workflows.

Ideal candidates have strong experience with Terraform/CloudFormation, Docker, and security best practices, plus excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role focusing on AWS cloud services.
• Proficiency in building and managing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration.
• Familiarity with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• English level – Upper intermediate+, capable of client communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure for scalability and performance.
• Deploy, configure, and manage Kubernetes clusters for containerized apps.
• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab).
• Implement monitoring and logging to track performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure security best practices and compliance across systems.
• Collaborate with clients to streamline software delivery and improve workflows.
