Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Observe and learn from experienced IT team members
• Perform assigned projects across IT departments
• Assist with technical support issues in rotation
• Troubleshoot hardware/software under trainer
• Aid team members and managers as needed
• Maintain knowledge of system modifications and new software
• Act in place of absent employee if necessary
• Engage in trainee development meetings
• Develop POCs and cloud solutions
• Research evolving technology and best practices
• Perform other duties as assigned
