Job summary

WESCO International, Inc. is launching the 2027 Information Technology Development Program in Pittsburgh and Glenview. This 24-month rotational program will partner you with IT leaders and a peer mentor to build broad technology experience.

You will rotate through areas such as Enterprise Architecture, Finance, CRM, Cybersecurity, and DevSecOps, with potential travel and in-person events, preparing you for technology-based roles after the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (IT/IS).
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven.
• Collaborate effectively using Microsoft Teams with a geographically dispersed team.
• Attention to detail and multitasking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Prior internship in a business-related field.
• Ability to travel 0–25%.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 24-month rotational program across IT domains.
• Work under IT leaders and with a peer mentor.
• Rotations may include Enterprise Architecture, Finance, Supply/ Demand Planning, Warehouse, Transportation, CRM, Pricing/Order, Digital Platforms, Cybersecurity, DevSecOps.
