Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Cloud Demand & Capacity Manager to join its client’s technology and cloud services team with locations in Plano, Charlotte, or Chandler in a hybrid setup. You will own end-to-end demand intake, evaluation, prioritization, and capacity alignment for internal cloud platform services.

The role requires strong analytical skills, capacity planning, and financial oversight, with 4–5 years of relevant experience and collaboration with finance, governance, and platform teams

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in demand intake, prioritization, or portfolio planning for shared technology services.
• Strong analytical skills with capacity modeling and trade-off analysis.
• Experience with cloud or infrastructure consumption patterns.
• Ability to collaborate with finance, governance, and platform teams to translate demand into plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end demand intake, evaluation, normalization, and prioritization for internal cloud platform services.
• Produce accurate demand forecasts and align demand with platform capacity, funding models, and delivery constraints.
• Own the demand management process, including intake criteria, reporting cadence, and process improvements.
• Analyze intake requests, model capacity impacts, and maintain demand backlogs to support planning and governance.
• Collaborate with finance, governance, and platform teams to translate demand into actionable plans.
