Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an Engagement Manager for its ProServe team to lead delivery of complex cloud solutions.

You will combine technical leadership with project management to drive successful AWS-based implementations for clients in Salt Lake City and beyond. You will leverage Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption Framework, translating customer needs into technical requirements, managing risks, and guiding cross‑functional teams to meet business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience with Agile or other program management methodologies.
• 4+ years of IT implementation experience.
• Current TS/SCI security clearance.
• 5+ years of project/program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex cloud migration and implementation projects.
• Guide technical decisions with AWS services, architectures and best practices.
• Bridge business requirements with technical solutions for outcomes.
• Map customer needs to technical requirements and outcomes.
• Decompose complex technical problems into deliverable solutions.
• Contribute to documentation and define standards.
