Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
• 8-10 years of hands-on experience in cloud data platforms or data engineering
• Strong Snowflake and Redshift administration and development experience
• Proficiency in ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica
• Solid SQL skills with query optimization and performance tuning
• Experience with data modeling and backend data architecture
• Experience with data governance, security, access control, and deployment environments

Responsibilities

• Administer Snowflake and Redshift platforms including user access, roles, security, and performance tuning
• Monitor performance, usage, and cost; implement optimization strategies
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines across cloud platforms
• Design backend data models to enable scalable reporting and analytics
• Support data movement using Informatica and cloud-native services
• Manage job scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting for pipelines
• Implement data governance and security standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable data solutions
• Document configurations, data flows, and procedures
