Job summary

Weill Cornell Medicine is seeking a Data Integration Engineer II to design, develop, and maintain data integration pipelines across enterprise systems and cloud platforms. You will work on ETL/ELT development, data modeling, and data movement to support analytics and reporting, with exposure to SAP and cloud data warehouses.

The role is office-based in Midtown NYC, requiring strong SQL skills and the ability to collaborate with analysts and developers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
8-10 years of hands-on data integration/engineering experience.
Experience with SAP BW and/or SAP BODS; cloud data warehouses such as Amazon Redshift.
Proficient in SQL; strong ETL/ELT concepts and data modeling.

Responsibilities

Design and develop ETL/ELT pipelines from multiple sources into enterprise data platforms. Build backend data models to support reporting and analytics.
Develop and optimize data movement using SAP BODS, Informatica, and cloud-native services.
Support SAP BW and cloud environments such as Amazon Redshift; ensure data quality.
Monitor, troubleshoot batch jobs and pipelines for reliability.
Document data flows and technical specifications for governance.
