• Cloud data engineering and integration including modern lakehouse designs.
• ETL and pipeline development with orchestration and lineage.
• Data quality, metadata management, and governance for compliance.
• Security and privacy alignment across HIPAA, CJIS, and NIST plus DevSecOps awareness.
• Networking and cloud platform fundamentals in Azure/AWS/SAS Viya.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise data integration for statewide programs and agencies.
• Design, implement, and modernize the enterprise landing zone and secure data pipelines.
• Build and maintain cloud-based data warehouse capabilities with medallion structures.
• Promote governance, privacy controls, and metadata lineage across frameworks.
